Ashtanga is a traditonal form of yoga that was introduced and taught by Sri K. Pathabi Jois in Mysore, India. A form of practice that leads to moving meditation with many opportunities to both strengthen and energize the body. The practice will focus on alignment, breathing, energy lock (bandhas) and gazing points (drhisti) in a steady pace Class in English. Bring your own Yoga Mat.
